    - Growth opportunities are appropriately aligned with the work you put in - Dynamic environment together with steep learning curve - Young and innovative spirit

    - Time management can be improved - Brand awareness with subsidiaries is somewhat vague - Base salary can be improved in respect to potential sales bonus

    Open community, decent colleagues

    Cons

    Leadership is weak, to many (weekly) changes in the organization. Position only in The Netherlands with a Hugh difference in Telco and the ICT Guys.
