    Approves of CEO

I worked at KPN full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Professional marketing department which lots of opportunities to make impact on Dutch society (budget, talent, ambition wise).

    Cons

Organisation is not that agile, fast paced as you would hope in 2018. But KPN comes from far and the culture is focussed - and succesful - in changing the organisation to more digital/agile focussed. New CEO will help with that as well.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at KPN full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

*Good people, personally motivated. *Strong (leading) presence in markets it operates in. *Good working conditions, especially work/life balance and working from home. *Excellent marketing.

    Cons

*Lack of strategy and investment result in lagging portfolio and IT. *Continuous reorganizations have led to lacking commitment of workforce. *Highly centralized organization result in long decision cycles and compromised choices. *Current board is lacking in long term vision and strategy.
