I have been working at K-State Athletics part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, very willing to work with students to rearrange around busy schedules. Awesome people who care about your life outside of work. Beautiful facilities with a bit of de minimis fringe benefits (coffee, occasional meals, clothing, etc).

    Cons

It can definitely be monotonous at times, but supervisors do a good job of trying to give more responsibility over time.

    Advice to Management

    All is well!
