Ups and Downs
Aug 17, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Hunt Valley, MDRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Salary for a starting position. Opportunity for a vast field of work. Variety. People are genuinely great if you’re in the right department (w/ww). Very flexible work environment. Notices hard workers (may take a while for opportunities to make you shine though)
Cons
Management is decided by how long you’ve worked there/experience, not capacity to lead/manage. Same money driven cons as any other big firm. Once you get in a niche, you’re stuck with that niche. Automating processes is frowned upon.
