    Pros

    Partners Dining Room food was cheap and good.
    You can meet some lovely customers and sometimes celebrities
    Management involve you with some decisions
    The staff are welcoming, very friendly and supportive
    Many opportunities for development within the business

    Cons

    Managers do not always support your decision with a customer even if you are correct.

    Advice to Management

    There isn't a general consensus for female uniform, some managers say one is thing acceptable and another will say the complete opposite. Women who worked on the fashion floor could wear short skirts however women on other floors couldn't, which was annoying.

    Amazing team of people to work with, including a relatively high turn over of staff amongst long standing members

    The business model continues to fail year after year with a reducing bonus for employees as a result
