    Colleagues were friendly and manager was excellent. Great location. Regular 1 on 1s with management to discuss work life.

    Not many social events and no societies that I was aware of.

    Going home every night is pure relief

    Cons

    Management culture is awful. Bullying. Shouting. Lack of resources. People leaving left right and centre. Blame culture. I witnessed my manager shout and scream at a member of my team for a simple error to the point of making her cry. Appalling.
