Pros

The support staff does a great job but I feel for them for the pressure they get from the top

Cons

Horrible schedule, incessant flying with flights put on at the last moment when you expected to get a break. The "family atmosphere" is a rouge, you are just a tool for them to use and abuse. The core values are expected to be applied by the people on the front lines but the CEO does not apply them to the employees. I've had coworkers depart with absolutely no word from base management as to a "thank you for busting your butt for years on end". CEO during indoc even made it clear he understood Jetlinx was a stepping stone. That's only because he has created a place where people don't want to stay. Intrinsically, people don't want to leave their jobs, it's a pain in the butt. Since they have a high turnover, they run you hard till you leave. So, if you need flight time fast, this is the place but don't expect any thank yous on the way out cuz they are totally ungrateful.

Pros

Reasonable pay if you don’t consider the fact you are basically prostitutes for this company. 401k match is ok not great. Most of the people who work locally with you are great...this is not the case for corporate employees

Cons

Compensation when considering how little you are home, changes to your schedule and no actual off days respected is well below industry standards. Upper management talks a big game and claims there an open door policy and listens but constantly blames retention issues on pilots failing to look inward. Safety is a joke here since the recent resignations. Leadership has a reputation for being pushy is now filling a safety role which seems like a direct conflict of interest. Company is so poorly managed from the top down they have stopped selling their jet cards because they can’t keep up with all the pilots they lose as a result of being treated poorly and lied to.
