There is zero direction and procurement management just wants a “plug and play” candidate that complains to others about you asking questions to better understand the process. I should have taken it as a red flag when I was told I was third person this manager went through in an 18 month period. Another thing, the health benefits are very expensive and not great at all. I paid a high premium and had a high deductible regardless of the plan I chose.
