      Pros

the work atmosphere and colleagues are great, professional development is encouraged, great international opportunities (on paper at least), most Manager's doors and ears are open for discussion

      Cons

an Employee's career and future can change overnight with a change of Management, international opportunities are often limited to upper Management, foreign language skills are totally ignored for foreign assignments, a new Manager may entirely disapprove an employee's work - life Balance which was actively encouraged by the previous Manager

      Pros

The job itself was great to do, and the people I worked with were amazing.

      Cons

Dealing with the demands from upper management was not worth the terribly low wage.

      No Work-Life-Balance

      Pros

Most clients support the 4/10 Work schedule where you are off on Friday or Monday.

      Cons

Likely if you work a 4/10 schedule you will still have to work on your off day. You can work hard and long but that won't progress your career. Although diversity and inclusion is pushed and seems like action appears to be taking place in other countries however I never witnessed or experienced that in the States. Not a lot of inclusion or diversity in upper management diverse. Benefits aren't the best and not for growing families.
