    Pros

Some great coworkers, can be a fun environment.

    Cons

Similar to what I've heard from other chains (Cactus, Earls), restaurant management was an absolute disaster. Little to no communication, fake friendliness with little effort and no real follow-up on any issues. Surely they do something with their time, but never really knew what. Offered little to no training. Expected to work long hours and overtime was assumed to be ok with you. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience - had some great employees who had a lot of potential to be much better than management led them to be. Couldn't wait to quit.

    Advice to Management
