    Pros

    Good colleagues to work beside.
    Pretty easy, straight-forward job.

    Cons

Management are a shambles, mostly consists of people who enjoy a power trip and will try and dress you down whenever you're vocal about concerns.

No matter when your shift actually finishes, you probably won't leave until about half an hour later - which they won't pay you for.

High turnover of employees as most people are driven away by poor management and unrealistic timescales to complete tasks.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with respect and recognise the business isn't your personal sandbox to have a power trip in.

I worked at JD Sports Fashion (Less than a year)

    Pros

We got more hours if we wanted. Even though i was part time I was working 8 hours a day 6 days a week. I was covering those who were sick or hung over.

    Cons

Even though I worked 8 hours one morning and ended up being rushed to hospital that night then worked first thing the next again morning (With a serious chest infection) and picked up shifts no one wanted I wasn't one of over 10 kept on after December.
There was one member of staff who hated me and wouldn't let me have 2 minutes off the take tablets (for chest infection).
