      Pros

      1) some of the smartest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with 2) solid and reliable people (within your core team) 3) you learn A LOT simply because there's no shortage of work (this can be a con if you're less inclined to roll up your sleeves)

      Cons

      1) management lacks transparency 2) change takes time 3) those who are good at taking on excess workload will eventually crash and burn (from exhaustion) - speak up, because then maybe change will happen

      Pros

The people. Most of the people on the ground floor were great to work with. Made some great forever friends there.

      Cons

Communication between senior management needs work. The constant lack of communication caused many long hours for employees in all departments. Difficult to make personal plans after work because you never knew when your day was going to end. Turnover was high - a going away party almost every couple of weeks.
