    Advice to Management

When you work in a team, it feels very much like family. Although there are some management that doesn't do anything which everyone knows, but can't do anything about as the store will not sack them. The department hours are strained as they will not hire new people to replace the ones left but want the employees are that still around to do a lot more work. People were getting very annoyed with this.
