      Pros

Good benefits, opportunities for advancement within different divisions. Pay was fair bonus structure and benefits were good. Metrics driven

      Cons

Metrics driven meaning the soft skills and intangible pieces were often not recognized. Constant environment of change. Facilities open and close, shifting resources. Metrics based and often pushed to breaking point through resource attrition only to staff back up when failures were creeping in. HR was essentially none existent. Essentially all self serve.

      Good Company, Decent Pay

      Pros

Good benefits and positive morale. Company movement and advancement is encouraged.

      Cons

Pay is decently competitive, but branch banking hourly wage for Associate Bankers could be better. Also, they no longer offer incentives for referrals.
