    Long breaks even on short shifts, good hourly rates, free food on shift

    Cons

    Quite stressful, long shifts, late night shifts never finish at the time on the rota. Always get out 30 mins later than expected

    Flexible. Good tips (depending on pub). Good discounts. Good for students.

    Your experience depends on your pub manager. Some pubs dont have a great budget so they keep hours to a minimum and can be overwhelming.
