- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good benefits, occasional office treats.
Cons
Management is terrible. Lack of leadership and motivation. This leads to low morale in employees, who are pushed and overworked. It is frowned upon to actually take a full lunch break. There is an expectation to give 150% every day, be a workaholic. While this increases productivity and profitability, the employees who make that happen are not compensated. Salary is very low and not competitive in comparison to similar industries. The management practices and overall environment is not remotely aligned with what the "culture" preaches. Incredibly rigid, not open to change, and incredibly unethical business practices. They like to pretend they care about employees' mental health, but treat them poorly, with passive aggression, and hostility. No work life balance. Need for employees to be accessible 24/7. J.D. and R.K could not care less about the well-being of individual employees in their organization. It's a real shame because there are incredibly talented people working there who deserve better.
