I worked at Ivanhoé Cambridge part-time

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule with certain managers

    Cons

Certain managers favor and are unfair in scheduling. Some discrimination based on favorites of a particular manager. Did not value the GSR's at all. Not treated as a real part of the company.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Ivanhoé Cambridge full-time

    Pros

Benefits above the average but you will end up paying more taxes

    Cons

Massive layoffs , sometimes as often as twice a year . In the 4 years I worked there they laid off hundreds of people . You will never see this on the news or made public because they shut you up with a very good severance pay where they make you sign that you will not even post anything negative on social networks for a few years. It is truly a shame with a company that boasts with 60 billion dollars in properties.
