I have been working at Itsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free lunch 50% discount Training Friday nights out Parties

    Cons

I've been working for Itsu for more than a year. Work can be really hard and stressful at times. Also depends in which branch you are working for, the busier the branch, the stressful it gets. Specially when there's a lack of team members. Sometimes you will see yourself doing 3 sections or more in a day which gets very exhausting physically and mentally. They say they care about their staffs but most of the times you feel like it's all about the money because they'd rather cut hours (therefor less staff) and have few people overworking. There's no balance. I literally barely have life outside work, because I'm the only Fish Cutter in my shop, plus I have to do extra work aside from cutting fish and by the time I finish my shift I'm already too tired to do anything else other than sleeping. No one is willing to stay, they either quit or ask for a transfer because they're being overloaded with work with incredibly high standards which seems impossible to do if you want to finish on time. They want you to finish on time and follow the standards step by step. Yes, in a less busy shop this is possible, but when you're in a busy area with 3 staffs missing and you're running like a money from a section to another, is there really time to follow all the standards? I don't mind following the standards, but don't demand me to finish on a certain time. If you don't mind all of the things above, and don't mind working EXTRA HOURS and not having enough time to spend on your hobbies, go ahead, work for Itsu. Do they pay good money? Yes, if you're actually just going to work ON YOUR SECTION. But that's not the case, you'll be working like a slave for that amount of money. You could find a less stressful job with the same or better pay. For your health, stay away from this place.

I have been working at Itsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good salary compare other similar companies. Free lunch. Weekly bonus. Family feel workplace. Staff parties.

    Cons

Hard work, stressful long shifts, early start. You have to made the food and serve the customers and cleaning as well which is shouldn't be like this way. Make you feel like you are just a servant. High standard on the mistery shopper. We serve the customers faster than Mcdonald's and you can lose the bonus if the customer not served within 1 minute.

I worked at Itsu full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Free lunch. It used to be a fun company to work for.

    Cons

Bad management. Lots of politics. No support and a lot of stabbing in the back and jealousy. Many people are leaving this year due to appalling mistreatment by management. No bonus if you are leaving the company so better make sure to take your money before resigning.

I have been working at Itsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I feel proud to be working with a company that has such a brilliant customer brand and sells products I love and believe in. itsu is a place where they really invest in their people and celebrate success. Everyone who works here is super engaged and knows how to have fun. Its a work hard play hard culture with lots always going on and it has exciting growth plans that are great to be part of. Free lunch!!

    Cons

Still a relatively small business with a start-up feel so it doesn't have some of the structure and processes in place yet to help it run as efficiently as it could - but we are getting there!
