I have been working at Itsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

obvious pros are fairly well known (in london) brand and staff perks of free food and occasionally awkward parties

    Cons

-extremely offensive megalomaniac CEO/founder who you WILL come into contact with and WILL be insulted by. high pressured work environment with little payoff as Julian Metcalfe will suddnely change his mind in a split second and hostilely throw everyone into a panic and derail months of good work. -aggressiveness is encouraged in senior management -qualified hardworking head office staff are consistently undermined.

I have been working at Itsu full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good salary always over minimum, many benefits including free food daily, parties, 50% discount and many other perks like cinema tickets and many discounts; ability to grow quickly with increasing salary; paid breaks, perfect for early birds as you skip the peak times and are done by 2.30 - 3pm. Responsible company, looking for more sustainable ways to make business.

    Cons

Quite demanding, not for evening owls, firs couple of weeks training might be stressful and intense

    Cons

If you like to work in backstabbing fake and toxic environment - this job is for you :) Company promotes ''family'' like culture. How it is important to listen, understand, equality etc. yet the ones promoting it - doing the opposite.

I worked at Itsu full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-free food on shift -free leftover boxes after a shop closes -easy interviews

    Cons

the company in my opinion is awful, they do not care about their employees. It does not matter how well you work and how hard you work, you are never rewarded in this job. Salaries are not competitive at all, you do not get much as a team member because you have to grow in the company and get higher positions before you get a decent salary. They cut hours as they please and make 1 person do 2 people's job to still profit during certain periods of the year. The managers I have met in my shop were absolutely incompetents, but still in itsu they hire anybody even if you do not speak a word of English. I have even faced a sexist co-worker that made comments on me and my other female co-workers.

    Pros

Pay weekly. Free food every day. Above average hourly rate. Meet lots of different people. Chance to be promoted if you wish.

    Cons

Lots of cleaning. Working at a very fast pace. Management seem to lack basic understanding of UK law and are prone to be unethical in their approach to staff. Not very professional.
