I worked at Itsu part-time for less than a year

    Pros

If your team is nice then it can be a very nice experience. You will also have the opportunity to make friends as there are times to socialise as well (for example if you work early in the morning you will have breakfast all together). It is also quite flexible in terms of working patterns and shifts. You also get a free lunch and also staff discounts in any itsu store. Overall a good experience.

    Cons

If you are in the kitchen you will need to be at the shop very early in the morning eg. 6am. During the summer or sunny days it can be really busy so it can be challenging to perform all the tasks, whether you are front of house or in the kitchen. Sometimes it is a pity to see all the food go to waste at the end of the day.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and highlighting the free food that we provide to employees, and the opportunity to socialise with your team, we definitely know how to party :) To avoid waste at the end of the day we rolled in the company-wide 50% end of day sales where our customers can purchase their favourite products at hugely discounted prices. Thank you again for your comments, The itsu team
