The Shift Scheduler is a pretty great guy that tries to work with you and help you. He is the reason that Working with (not a very well organized) Iron Horse was a cool experience because you had one in the office who could respond to your inquiries, concerns and requests.

Not very organized Information about Site isn't always efficiently passed down to the Guards so sometimes you get to the Job Site and aren't exactly sure of what's expected of you right away.
