I worked at Ipsos full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This is a great place to begin your career and pick a lot of knowledge up quickly. The people are wonderful, very intelligent and social. You will build many valuable relationships.

    Cons

Once you advance a couple levels, there is a very long plateau even if you're a high performer. There is not an even distribution of work - too much placed on strong employees' plates and working very long hours is common if you're on the client service side.
