      Pros

Intrigue is a great place to work with a great team and awesome clients. If you're looking for a place that encourages growth and learning both in your personal life and at work, this is it. Each week, each member of the team completes 'leader building' which is where you're encouraged to share your learning from the week prior. This has set the team up for consistent growth, and speaking to my own personal experience has taught me a lot about the work that other teams within the company do. The company is super transparent and everyone has each other's backs. They also try to help you do the work that you enjoy and are great at within your job where possible. As for the 'fun' perks, there are regular team events like pub nights and sporting events, a slo-pitch team to join, dogs (and puppies!) in the office, and more!

      Cons

Since it's still a relatively small company internally, there isn't a ton of room for upwards growth. Having said that, they work closely with individuals to try to make sure that each person has the tools and steps that they need to still grow in their career and offer opportunities where possible.

        Pros

I can't say enough good things about working at Intrigue! The team is very supportive, and the leaders in the organization are always looking out for each individual. I've never experienced a work place that cares as much about each team members personal goals and what they want to achieve outside of the workplace as well. The culture at Intrigue is unlike any other company I have ever experienced. A lot of learning and growth happens outside the comfort zone, so you have to have to be okay to get uncomfortable and learn new things (which is not always for everyone). Plus there are dogs in the office most days and who wouldn't love that??

        Cons

Nothing that I can think of!

Do you have to interview again if you didn’t get the job the first time but the HM wants you to apply to the additional positions that opened up a few months after?

I made changes to my resume and would like some feedback and/or constructive criticism. Please don’t be mean… the job search is hard enough already (ex- “this resume sucks” is not helpful 😂). I applied to 40 jobs today using this version (adding/removing key words, technology platforms, and phrases to match job descriptions, but overall the same resume) 😬 Really hoping to see an uptick in interview requests soon. 🤞🏻

I am having the most important interview of my life in a few hours. High-end position. But I am stressed because my situation doesn't allow me to lose this chance. Does anyone have tips about what to say when they ask you how you process in sales to seal deals? I personally love the spin method but it is so instinctive for me that I struggle to describe it in a correct way for an interview and I lose my words...
