I worked at Intouch Solutions full-time

    Pros

Honestly some of the best people you will ever come across. Flexibility balances out heavy work load. Opportunities to build cool stuff. And LaCroix. All the LaCroix.

    Cons

Not the most stimulating work, and they continue to have a bit of an identity crisis. Depending on the client, work may be performed hastily at the expense of quality. Not a clear career path for creatives.

I have been working at Intouch Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Intouch is a very inclusive environment. The dress code is casual. I like everyone I have met there.

    Cons

Wish compensation was higher and that there were more promotion opportunities.

I have been working at Intouch Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They really care about what they are doing for their clients and their community. Always giving back and being involved. Great company culture as far as "work hard play hard".

    Cons

They are growing too fast, and the internal "processes" are failing. While they keep trying to change and improve those processes, it's all happening too fast and at the same time. No one can keep up. Alongside that it's more of a numbers game anymore - their company focus has shifted big time. They talk about the opportunity for growth - which is absolutely there - but you can't actually attend internal training or workshops without being dinged on bill-ability.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Intouch Solutions full-time for less than a year

    Pros

All of Intouch has an open door policy and if something seems off or you have an idea, you don’t feel like your voice won’t be heard. That’s what makes this company so strong

    Cons

Having to work with people that are remote sometimes is a struggle not having them in the office with you all the time, but we are provided the necessities to stay in touch with our team

I worked at Intouch Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of process, there's little chaos on roles and responsibilities. Fantastic benefits and fun perks. Decent work / life balance, if you're on a team that's staffed appropriately.

    Cons

Cliquishness. If you weren't in the same sorority or went to the same high school, collaboration is a no-go and you're shut out by coworkers. There's tons of EVPs and senior leadership, and yet execution teams are understaffed and "there's not enough scope" to add more people to share the workload.

I worked at Intouch Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some good people same as any agency Free seltzer

    Cons

The New York office specifically is a really toxic work environment. The account team has a very adversarial relationship to other departments that runs counter to what should be everyone's ultimate goal - producing good work. And it's an extremely account-led agency. Some leadership says they're looking for change but when you bring fresh ideas, you're treated as a threat to the status quo. The level of turnover is insane - so many people leave before a year is even up because they just get pushed into a corner and give up. You spend most of your time dealing with politics rather than getting work done. This was a toxic environment for my mental health and one of the most frustrating, demoralizing work experiences Ive ever had. There's a real lack of culture and cohesion to the office as well - parties are held in the office and people come, grab food and head back to their desks. There's no sense of community or working together or looking out for each other, outside of your immediate team - probably because everyone feels like they have to have their guard up at all times. Leadership is aware of all these issues but they're putting band aids on a problem that needs more drastic measures.

I worked at Intouch Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun and exciting place to work with lots of benefits, like beer on tap in the lunch room

    Cons

People are laid off at any moment depending on profitability of that quarter. Its eerie to all of sudden see an empty cube next to you. Its hard to plan a career hire.
