Enjoyable work, reasonable bosses, can be catty amongst workers

Pay is good, 16 days pto. Could listen to music. You can move laterally easily. Working by yourself. The over time was never mandated. I felt respected

Cons

LEAN 6s, places who implement this tend to have a more high drama environment amongst workers in my experience vs those that dont.
