TERRIBLE

Pros

I literally can't think of any

Cons

SO MUCH FAVORITISM, Management was terrible, My HR rep was very close to my boss ( would literally stay with him and his family when she would visit) so my complaints were considered invalid, I would literally have panic attacks everyday because of the stress the this job caused me. When I tried to talk to the person above my boss ( because I did not feel comfortable) I was told that I went about all of this the wrong way, and would need take this up wit him ( so they guy i'm complaining about gets to decide if my complaint about him an how I was treated was valid..that's fair..)

Mismanaged department

Pros

Flexibility, great platform to promote wellness (rewarding), challenging work, PTO really high

Cons

Complete lack of understanding of clients from the managers/directors of Account Management. Multiple people leaving recently and in the last 6 months because of lack of direction/ overpromising changes in the future of products. Also a high level of favoritism from a director (who just got promoted again for “ideas” that don’t work and we lose clients). Pay is below average.

Pros

Good Benefits, opportunity to work with many different groups, really hard workers that care about each other (staff level, not management level)

Cons

Poor Management from Directors, VPs, and above. Lack of true leadership, management has favorites - it you are not a favorite, forget it. Indescretionary behavior by some Directors that is known by leadership. Leaders don't walk the talk, but do talk the talk. The company grew too fast and could not sustain the growth. The almighty dollar is all that matters.
