Lots of growth opportunities: job options, skills development, courses, education subsidies, special projects, employee networks, volunteering opportunities. However you want to advance your career or skills, there is an option for you. Fantastic co-workers and collaborators. Wherever they may be or whatever team they work with, my experience with people here has been nothing but positive. Managers who care about you. Period. Great work is recognized here. Good benefits, salary, and perks. The employee share purchase plan is an awesome financial perk.
Cons
Workload can be heavy at times. But in my experience, managers are always open to discussing solutions and are supportive of good work life balance. People just need to speak up if they are feeling pressure.

Sometimes could be hard during month-end with very tight deadlines. OT usually required during month end. Lots of manual works which lead to mistakes and error. Other than that I can`t really think of.

Claims managers do not care about their staff or their staffs mental health they treat you like your dispensable because you are, they will also try and have other departments not hire you because they rather have you quit than go to another company
