      Pros

Great People. Amazing place to learn at the start of one's career.

      Cons

Consulting is a forgotten step-child of the organization. Leadership in this practice is more concerned with politics than growing a viable practice.

Great stepping stone... just realize that you need to get out soon. If you stay, your career will stagnate.

      Pros

Great people to work with, I'm friends with a lot of them still Lots of parties and booze Generous Christmas gifts Young crowd 25 somethings If you're aggressive with your life goals you will forcefully be able to take projects to work on. Great place to learn when you're focused on your career goals They Provide some funding for training/development

      Cons

Really bad pay and compensate with booze + 'experiences' poor organizational structure constantly changing 'strategic' direction No opportunities to progress in a meaningful way No career planning or trajectory possible They take advantage of younger people by selling dreams of 'advancement' the smarter ones know when to get out.

      Research

      Pros

Great People, Good Culture, Huge satisfaction in work, even if only the clients appreciate it

      Cons

Over the top process, bordering on micro management without real regard for individuals. For a technology research company, there are far too many that have absolutely no technical experience trying to tell and advise clients on technical issues, processes, etc that they have no clue what they are talking about

Great place to start for a young professional

      Pros

Fun and fast paced environment for young staff and recent graduates. Company does a great job of protecting a work/life balance. Good place to learn sales with a big focus on training and development. Great people!

      Cons

Change happens very often around the company and in the sales processes and the communication down to the commercial rep level isn't always the best so you have to be very quick to adjust and learn.

      There certainly are worse places.

      Pros

Very dynamic environment, great people. Very interesting work, pushing many limits of what can be done. Exposure to many different technologies. Still a "smaller" company that is building a solid foundation to be a large contender in the industry.

      Cons

Things do change quite quickly, so if you have a tough time adapting to this, then this probably isn't the place for you.

      Pros

Lots of variety in your work There are some great people that keep people engaged for awhile Great products

      Cons

You won't be properly trained Everything, including your comp structure will change each year (sometimes more often) You'll be out of pocket a lot on professional expenses if you're not 'in the circle', but get to watch the circle be well taken care of Little commitment to being a professional workplace - typical startup mentality gone awry

      Cons

Pay is set at industry average.
