Pays well, high energy environment, opportunities for raises, good family owned company, good quality food from start to finish, high standards, very flexible scheduling

Very conservative and strict dress code/grooming policies, rotating managers so sometimes you get stuck with a management team that struggles, training can be hard to get when you reach upper levels, physically demanding at times, very busy and we were often understaffed at this location
