    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Imperial College London for less than a year

    Pros

-A good environment with a good supervisor -high level of research, especially for undergraduate projects that could very easily just be assigned boring prep for PhD theses. -Freedom to choose the direction of the project -Good (supervisor dependent) guidance

    Cons

-Meetings with supervisors can be very sparse. You really have to chase them because they are busy people -Because its a self disciplined project it is very easy to lapse and then have to work very hard at the end -Empty, its the summer holidays so there will be very few people around in general, plus side, lots of computers free and air conditioned

    Pros

Great projects to work on and top researchers to work with. You can even manage to get your name on a paper that is published.

    Cons

The pay isn't great for a research intern and sometimes you need to work longer hours.
