    Flexible work schedule, compressed days

    Cons

    Sr. Management is only concerned about themselves. They treat employees like trash. Once you see the attitude and non professionalism of the Human Resources Director that basically sets the tone for the Company.

    Good learning experience working there. Allows a good amount of autonomy with your work. Great benefits. Flexible work schedule. Able to work from home.

    Good Benefits, free parking,some friendly people, compressed work schedule. company reputation beneficial to career.

    Cons

    Very political environment( all about who you know.) jobs are contract based if not corporate, be prepare to be a suck up(However this varies by department). Need to review eeo policies and laws. Staff can be very inappropriate. Management and staff to comfortable in positions need to get more training.
