The executives are difficult, will demand change, not approve the cost to make the change, then complain the change was not done.

1. Nepotism at its peak in this company. 2. Managers are the laziest people in the company. 3. Some employees are brothers, sons or relatives of owners so they get VIP TREATMENT in the company. 4. Some employees have to work harder throughout their shift whereas some are lazy and slackers. Nobody even give a damn about them. 5. Employment agencies workers are treated low, disrespected and often threatened to fire or send them home. 6. Your colleagues (from management) will backstab you if you give them a single chance so you have to be very very sharp and careful. 7. You will be forced to work outside in snow and you won’t be given a jacket or enclosed forklift. 8. Even if you take out phone from your pocket to see phone, you will be sent home due to phone policy. 9. This list can go on until infinity but if you need more information why or why you shouldn’t get hired then try spending some time in there without resigning from your previous position. Be smart. If you like it then stay otherwise don’t.

Worked for over a year, no progression and many false promises. Its such a disappointment because the co workers are great! Just very frustrating that you’re giving false promises to people. There is no room for growth at all, if you’re okay with being stuck in one place and not having to do anything else this is perfect. The watching on the cameras is super creepy…they just watch you…always have complaints about employees but never encourage change just cause stress and frustration. Why don’t you ever offer promotions to employees who deserve it?

The company treat their staff like they are robots. There is a lot of turnover there. They don’t care about their employees and never will. They are just looking for people to do their jobs and not to speak up. The management there is terrible. They don’t listen and don’t care to listen. They promote family only. For instance, they promoted an owners son to a high level position who has no experience and everyone asks what exactly he is doing? They recently promoted another family member who knows nothing about operations and another family friend who knows nothing about running a store. What a joke. This is poorly run business no one like to work there and soon everyone will leave. The new HR team is so weak; a lot of improvements need to be made there to focus more on the people.
