IHG has been considerate with their employees' needs especially during crisis/calamities. The working environment was fun and friendly. The benefits are at par with other companies and probably much more extra. Most associate stay for many years.

Mediocre pay, tyrannical executives with way too much power, passively resistant behaviors throughout the workforce, and a culture that is preoccupied with assigning blame rather than learning from mistakes and developing personnel.
