-Challenging and interesting work -Paid holidays -Other benefits (i.e. medical, PTO, etc.) are decent--not outstanding, but not bad -Salaried employees paid fairly well on paper (but be prepared to work extensive overtime)

-Salaried managers (especially in operations) are forced to work very long hours and are not well supported -Pay for line-level employees and hourly managers/supervisors is below industry average, which makes it difficult to find and retain good talent -No talent development or internal growth/training opportunities -There is not an employee-first culture at all. The attitude seems to be: keep the owners happy, make more money, keep your guest and employee survey scores high. It's incredibly frustrating how much managers are expected to keep employee survey scores high while being given few resources to create a positive and employee-first culture (and being overworked themselves) -Benefits slashed as a result of COVID-19. 401(k) match was canceled. Salaried employees expected to do even more than before. No thank-yous from the corporate leadership, just more demands. -Behind the industry leaders (Hilton, Marriott) in too many respects
