Pros
- Used to have decent 30pc bonus, now it depends on which career manager runs your unit - Nice office, if you don't mind sharing each toilet with 300 other people - If you want a cushy number, you'd like it here
Cons
-Literally everything is outsourced, including the entire finance and HR departments. - Some truly toxic, deadwood members of teams like L2 that do 1 hours work a week while working remotely who have been there for 15years plus. - Something like 90pc of staff had only been there for less than 2 years. The remaining 10pc sit on their little thrones doing absolutely nothing but change job title every now and then - 24hr support rota - Some abysmal ancient tech being maintained because they're afraid of making some staff redundant - Comical job titles given out by political decisions, everyone is a head of something or a technical master despite just maintaining the same garbage code base for 15 years
