Benefits Good, But There's A Catch

The best part about working at Hyatt is your ability to move around in the company. You also can find good co-workers. They have a MIT program if you're interested in getting into management after two years of working there or if you have your Bachelor's degree. Free nights can come in handy and honestly is one of the reasons why they probably hold some tenure.
Cons
Hyatt can become a political game. I left because I felt I could not grow with the company anymore because the people in upper management had their favorites. You will quickly catch on to who's really thinking of your best interest. Lots of gossiping. It can be a place to grow, but honestly, I was turned off by the culture. HR (depending on the property) doesn't take management bullying seriously. Low pay also - I think they may be working on this in some areas.
