Modern work place that will provide great experiences in design and manufacturing of Hot Runners. Many levels of professional opportunities. Located in Vermont.

Cons

Cut throat Canadian business environment. Ridiculous turn over to the point that almost everyone in the area has worked at the location at some point. HR department smiles but, extremely neglective. Upper management cares only about numbers. Husky is constantly changing ownership so, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Pros

Nice facility to work at - bicycles available for on-campus transportation, nice walking trails around campus for lunch-hour walks, good food choices in the cafeterias, excellent wellness center with top-notch health professionals, and gym and fitness studio.

Cons

In reality, a lot of stressed-out, Type As running around. Undercurrent of fear running through most people - fear of the business being moved overseas, fear of upper management, fear of upsetting the wrong person, etc. Appearances are very important.

Pros

Generally not micro-managed and left to do work on our own. There is a gym on site which is a plus. People are generally good to work with.

Cons

Husky has developed into a slightly faceless company where even upper management seems to be unsure of what the overall core values of the company are. People seem to lack the confidence required to make their own decisions possibly for fear of holding the liability. There is also a general attitude that exceptional work will not be recognized or compensated as a result of years of employee neglect due to the emphasis on productivity. Upward mobility is limited and does not necessarily result in an adequate increase in pay.

Nice friendly work environment very active work force and co-workers share many activities outside of work excellent benefits

Cons

poor pay minimal to no raises upper management seems to use a lot of smoke and mirrors about whats happening with the business
