I have been working at Husky Energy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Good team - Management is supportive - Acceptable benefits

    Cons

    - Moving into another internal job posting is difficult as the culture still remains on who you know, whether you get full support from your current manager to be able to move rather than whether your skills match the job requirements.

    Advice to Management

    - Train your managers/job owners to give up the clique attitude and hire the right people for the jobs. Also, if you already know who you are going to hire, then do not waste the time of other candidates by interviewing them. Suggest you clearly state in your job postings that there is a preferred candidate.
