      They do try hard but it's sometimes a rollercoaster

      Pros

      Mostly a great atmosphere. Staff were helpful and supportive (They want you to do well)and are team players. Lots of innovation and use of different tech. Good career opportunities and people do get promoted when they succeed.

      Cons

      Can become a bit too intense when deals aren't coming in. Don't see things fully through and give up when the going gets a bit tough.
