      Great introduction to working in libraries

      Pros

      Quality benefits. Annual banks of sick, vacation, personal, and birthday leave are plentiful.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional high level management. I had fine experiences in day to day operations but the rift between branch staff and administrative staff is vast.
