HostedBizz is one of the fastest growing Canadian companies because management knows how to create a great team that excels in their individual specialties and blend into the company's culture. Expectations are clear and each team member is considered an asset to the company. One is constantly learning from others and training is available for those that want it. Very accommodating work environment. Fun place to work team events are always great. Management works to accommodate personal needs. Open concept office allows team to keep up to date with changes in each department.

Cons

Due to company growth and the rapidly changing technology industry one can sometimes have issue balancing their time to keep up in ones concentration.

The staff here are all amazing people, always happy to help. - Management recognize the importance of Staff training and will supplement the cost of industry training programs and certifications. - Beautiful and clean office environment

Cons

- Multiple projects are usually being juggled at once - Employee benefits plan could be improved - Incentives structure and competitive perks could be improved - Company growth can be difficult to keep up with at times

Pros

Great personalities. Work hard, play hard environment. Nice office space, clean, new and well cared for. Lots of very skilled IT people with skills all over the IT map.

Cons

Not for slackers! Lot's to do day to day! (but is that a con really?)

o HostedBizz has a great solution portfolio and very happy customers. o Very open to creative ideas around their marketing which makes it a very fun place to work. o Flexible working during pandemic has made work life balance a lot better o Beer fridge always fully stocked! o Sparkling water available

Cons

Things can get very busy at times which means sometimes it's hard to get a response/input from colleagues about certain campaigns. I do get them eventually but sometimes its a hassle having to chase
