    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Honda Canada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you like working every weekend and lots of overtime pay. This is a great job. If you have innovative ideas to improve the manufacturing process, those are encouraged and Honda will give you resources to implement it.

    Cons

If you don’t like spending your weekends at work. This is not the job for you. Also expect to work on the line for an average of 2 hours a day, have unreasonable work expectations (less manpower = less cost for management). If you can’t handle the expectations, it will be your fault and that will reflect on your reviews.
