      Pros

Seems like HCM was once a great company to work for - a company that treated their associates as family. To no fault of their own, unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. Economic pressures including lockdowns have made it difficult for them to do business coupled with the fact that their margins on the vehicles they manufacture in Canada are very tight. The company culture needs a lot of work but it's by no means something that one cant get used to. That being said, for someone that is coming from an American/Canadian company, it could be a steep learning curve.

      Cons

      - Average compensation (definitely a little lower than industry average in NA). - Overtime can be excessive (makes up for the lower base as it's paid over 40hrs) - Company politics can make things difficult
