Sep. 20, 2018 - Customer Service Representative in North York, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Paid Lunch - awesome CEO very straight up and honest.
Cons
The CSR position is the main focus point between the sellers and technicians it can be stressful at times constantly reading a script and hearing complaints from customers regarding shady sellers and missing filters and double charged payments, none of the calls are happy calls ever - Management to this day is a mystery into what they do other then the schedule, they have no idea about anything regarding the actual protocols or product the only one that knows anything would be the team lead. This is a dead end job with no room for growth its a very small company that hire management from outside, and the pay is very average. Management will not have your back if you are targeted by the sales team, they will always be number one as it is a struggle to hire people to sell this product. The company at this point cannot provide tissue paper or coffee , sometime they do not even have toiler paper, the office is located near the subway but is still very remote there is nothing around to eat and that subway line to get there ALWAYS has delays. This isn't a company that you could put on your resume and be proud based on its reputation and bad reviews.

Amazing Place for Self Development
Jul. 13, 2017 - Operations Business Analyst in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- This company gave me many opportunities to explore my interests and develop my skill set - The managers encourage and finance self education and self improvement - The workload is heavy and fast paced, which makes it a fun place to work at! - Making changes to processes is easy if your ideas are backed up by reliable data. Therefore, you can always find interesting work for yourself because there are many improvements that you can do - In addition to the last comment, if any of your ideas are backed up by data, you will be encouraged to act upon it. It's an extremely data driven environment. - You have many degrees of freedom (pun intended) in choosing the type and style of work - The teammates are very pleasant to work with and come from many different backgrounds and have very different skill sets which helps a lot when you are brainstorming ideas for a project I would recommend this company if you like challenging projects and learning new things
Cons
The workload can be uneven and unpredictable, but it is never boring. Time flies by.

Incredibly talented and hard-working team defined by values
Jul. 21, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I get to work with genuinely intelligent and kind people who come from diverse backgrounds driven to succeed personally and professionally. Everyone looks to add value to the business with leadership that encourages out-of-the-box solutions. Management is eager to mentor those around them to push their limits and support development through new project opportunities to learn and make a direct impact to company’s success. The environment is entrepreneurial and innovative and people are a priority. You define your path and management is genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals and challenging you to be the best version of yourself.
Cons
There is ludicrous amounts of junk food in the snack bar. The company moves so fast changes can be implemented before you get to settle in or complete a project due to shifting goals, hence it’s important to be able to adapt quickly.

A company with 0 integrity towards both its employees and clients
Mar. 20, 2019 - Door to Door Sales in Etobicoke, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
absolutely nothing. If you were genuinely convinced that this company has anything positive to offer you... you are in some serious trouble..
Cons
-they mislead you on the job posting, using titles such as marketing, environmental assessor, etc etc to lure in people who are really desperate, but what you really are is a door to door salesman. -They themselves are so desperate that they don't tell you the company name until you actually get there. (And shame on you morons who worked for this company. It really doesn't take a genius to figure out that this company is nothing but scam. And please let this be a learning experience for all you morons) -It doesn't matter if you are the best salesman that can sell a box of sand in the desert. Unpaid training, unpaid hours, etc etc. You are in fact working for free.

Growing company with great group of talented and caring people
Jul. 4, 2017 - Marketing Manager in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Home Water is an exciting, challenging and fun place to work. The business and team is growing fast. As a growing business, everyone is given the opportunity to wear many hats, push their limits and grow as individuals and professionally. The managers are also incredibly open and non-hierarchical - they really believe in keeping the organization flat. It's especially great that Home Water wants to invest in its staff and discover what each of us is passionate about. Whether it's supporting us in continuing education or creating projects inside the business that aligns with our individual passions. It's also inspiring to work with talented, intelligent, caring and hard working colleagues. The team is multidisciplinary and multicultural. Highly recommend joining this company.
Cons
No complaints working here, it's truly a great place to work.

Abandon all hope
Sep. 14, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Its hard to think of such a thing considering how stressful and time consuming this "job" is. The bonus are nice on paper, but in reality it is much, MUCH hard to achieve in real life. This is a COMMITION job through and through. You are paid going door-to-door trying to convince customers to "rent" a home water filter device. In short, DONT DO IT.
Cons
Everything. You get up early, and leave incredibly late all for a job where you might not make ANYTHING. Management is results oriented. You will never see a place as enthusiastic but damn, its a ploy to get you. You will be tired, stressed, and have no energy to do anything. You come EVERYDAY from 11-11. You will lose your social life, family, relationship for nothing. Just look the other way. You will miss out on nothing important in your life if you completely ignore this exists, I promise you.
