I worked at Hoare Lea full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good group of staff. Plenty of opportunity for progression if you are prepared to flog yourself and say the right things.

    Cons

Partners seem to compete against each other rather than work together. High profits are put before staff so expect a very high workload and long hours. Not all staff are treated respectfully.

    Pros

Diverse range of work and great opportunity for career development. The company is very successful and therefore work is stable and is well respected.

    Cons

The workload is far too high and can be difficult to deliver projects without working long hours far beyond those that are paid.

    I worked at Hoare Lea
