Good group of staff. Plenty of opportunity for progression if you are prepared to flog yourself and say the right things.
Cons
Partners seem to compete against each other rather than work together. High profits are put before staff so expect a very high workload and long hours. Not all staff are treated respectfully.

Leaving the business, it's really awful

Long hours, unthankless work, having incompetent supervisors, having reviews that feel more like standing in front of the firing squad, demeaning jobs to do, being micromanaged, rotating door recruitment
