I worked at Hoare Lea full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good group of staff. Plenty of opportunity for progression if you are prepared to flog yourself and say the right things.

    Cons

Partners seem to compete against each other rather than work together. High profits are put before staff so expect a very high workload and long hours. Not all staff are treated respectfully.
