    Pros

Benefits, Compensation, Co-Workers with Passion, Great Product

    Cons

Upper Management, No advancement opportunity unless you can relocate, not changing with times!

    Advice to Management

Value good employees, recognize talent and skill sets and offer remote advancement opportunities. Think outside of your “corporate box”. The corporate office mindset will be the demise of this company- GO OUT IN THE FIELD AND LISTEN TO WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT!!
