      Dont join this company. Its a trap

      Pros

      None that I can find. Even if you did very well, they will keep you as a donkey, with very little salary

      Cons

      A lot- - They dont pay salary on time - The CEO does micromanaging on all tasks - Takes $1000 to do do Internship (otherwise called as Ambassador) with the company. They mention that it is refundable, but they say that you did not do the work to satisfaction and terminate you after after 1 month after offering you a job. The life is a mess from here - The CEO is never satisfied with the work. Has out of the world expectations. - No salary satisfaction - Not concerned with the employees life. All she wants is profits, work like a donkey always

      The company boosts about helping employees but it's just talk, nothing more

      Cons

      The hiring process is horrible, company CEO expects to pick her calls at midnight, does not appreciate taking sick leaves without approval
