Great benefits and decent pay. Best benefits package I’ve ever had and definitely the best place if you are looking for financial stability.
Cons
Toxic work environment. No work life balance. Unclear expectations. Constant last minute assignments. Mandating 4 days in office and will likely push for 5 days in the future. Disconnect between management and administrative staff.
