Pros
They have a lot of ways you can learn and move around in the company if you are open to doing extra work. You can diversify your skills if you just ask around and everyone has each other's back and supports one another.
Cons
The summer hours can be very long but it's very hard to avoid that since it is a pool company and we are only busy in the summer.

Pros
Company is growing fast, has strong demand even during the pandemic. Not a lot of limits on what you can get involved in. Everyone globally is willing to share and help you.
Cons
Company is growing rapidly, sometimes you have to act fast on limited information, which some people like, and some people don't. Maturity is coming in areas that were, historically under family ownership, neglected or under-invested in.

There is a lot of interesting project to work on
Cons
Pay raises barely keep pace with inflation.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Hayward Industries full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Worked at HQ. Smart people outside of management. Dependable paycheck (as long as you aren't the newest person).
Cons
You'll work well over 40 hour weeks for non-competitive pay. Management only cares about profit of the parent company, which means your workload will only increase because the company won't grow (and you'll never move up). They forced employees to come in during COVID after employees were fine working remotely without issues. Management decided to make everyone take two weeks unemployment, and changed their minds two months in. They never fairly balanced it out since some people had to take unemployment, and others did not. No bonuses. Diminishing benefits. Red flag.
