I have been working at HEINEKEN USA full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Most peers are excellent people and great to work with on a daily basis. Competitive salary and great benefits.

    Cons

Middle management is corrupt and on average, do not care about their employees. Brand teams are under-qualified and have created a culture of superiority to sales and regional teams. Constant churn of changing brand direction has led to a lack of confidence from retailers and distributors. Politics and gossip dominates the culture, along with general misogyny throughout field sales.

I worked at HEINEKEN USA full-time

    Pros

The people, many there truly bleed green which you see in the incredible amounts of pride everyone has when representing the Heineken name.

    Cons

There is little trust in the management team. Sales and marketing are stuck in their silos. The same people get picked for new initiatives even though they put emphasis on wanting to be diverse and inclusive. Becomes more of a never ending cycle as there is little recognition for other hard workers. Overworked and underpaid

I have been working at HEINEKEN USA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Constantly trying to improve culture. One the best things about working for this company was the sense of family and that they care about their employees happiness and health. They provide great training techniques during on boarding.

    Cons

Lack of communication between top management downward always lead to hectic deadlines and constantly changing goals/measurements of success. Didn't make enough decisions on a local level for marketing and sales processes to stay locally relevant.
